Very friendly staff. The person I dealt with didn't try to upsell or attempt to convince me to purchase or repair anything other than what I said I wanted. No high pressure sales. However a mistake was made in my original quote and I was informed before the installation was completed. It wasn't a large amount, and the person who gave the the original quote did apologize. Mistakes happen, I completely understand. Where they lost half a star rating; was after purchasing 4 brand new tires and paying a "Shop Supplies" fee for whatever that is, they didn't bother to replace any of the missing caps on my valve stems (which I've priced and ordered on Amazon for a whopping 3¢ each). They did put the one cap I already had back on, so that's something at least. Also, I was told there is a really great warranty on the tires before I purchased them, but the only paperwork I received was the invoice, and that just explains a very basic Honest-1 parts and labor guarantee. So as far as a warranty on these tires, I've no idea what the guy was talking about. Regardless of these very minor annoyances, I will be returning to this location for the future repairs & maintenance I have planned and am currently saving up the money to have done. Update: The manager called me and asked me to come in at my convenience to rectify the minor mistakes. I did, and he fixed the issues. I would deduct 1/2 star for needing to come back to fix any issues, but Google doesn't have half stars, and I can't in good conscience only give 4 stars, so I'm changing my rating to 5 stars.

Always a great experience with Honest-1. Wanted to give a five star but I was a little unhappy that I had to make a special trip to come in and pay for my tires in advance in order for Honest-1 to order them. I am not a new customer and have spent somewhere in the area of $6K in less than a year there. They can't take a credit card over the phone for a tire deposit? Let's step into the 2000's here. Other than that, the staff is awesome, work is meticulous and the prices seem fair. I am always willing to pay a little extra to ensure there are competent people doing the work and I am not getting ripped off by a bunch of con artists that are so prevalent in this category of business.

Today we took our vehicle in for service. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and were extremely honest about the work needed. They got me in the same day. When we ran into additional issues, at no fault of theirs, they ran out, got my parts and finished the work even though it meant staying after. This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had while getting repairs done. I will bring all my vehicles here going forward.

Couldn't be happier with the services they provided! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Called when they said they would. Explained everything and now my Subaru is running fantastic! Highly recommend Honest 1!
