Never had an issue at Honest-1, great service all around. If your car is experiencing any trouble, speak to Luis. He and his team will take care of it. I moved down here about 2 years ago and was looking for an auto shop I could trust and within my first 2 visits I was certain Honest-1 was the right choice. Regular check-ups are fast and easy and whichever issue my vehicle experienced was taken care of that day. Great repair shop!

My first time experience with Honest-1 Auto Care was excellent. Marc was very professional and helpful in giving me information about their different services, pricing, and setting up an appointment very quickly for the next day. He kept me informed throughout the process, and my car was fixed (front and rear breaks and break oil change) within 4 hrs. A friend who picked me up and dropped me off from the place was so impressed, he will also take his car there for service. Waiting area is nice, clean and comfortable, they also have a kids corner with toys. Very happy with their overall service!

Good quality service at a fair price. You get what you pay for, and here you pay for service and expertise.

First time experience but will not be my last. Oil and Brake service completed correctly and most importantly as promised same day to get us back on the road same day as needed.

These guys do a good job...they're honest...won't take you for a ride.

they completely loved up too their name. its been so hard to find a mechanic I can trust. they did sick a great job with my car that I brought them my wife's car to, on the same day.

I went for a alignment and they told me, after they put the car on the lift, that I have some rod bent on the back of my car and that’s the reason they can’t do the alignment. I ask them if they can change that part and with out checking the customer services representative told me that they can’t get the part because the car is too old. I was charged $60 for this technical expertise...I did the alignment later in the day for just $50 at Wheels Deal on SR7/Johnson. My car drives perfect. I found out that a front wheel drive car needs alignment just on the front wheels not on all 4 how I was told at “Honest”-1 Auto Care...where the charge was $99...

Please don't take your car to this shop. You will be overcharged! I took my 2004 Acura TSX car here because it was overheating. I initially thought it was a hose issue but I found out after an Honest 1 mechanic inspected my car that I actually needed a new radiator. That's fine. So they quoted my a price for a new radiator, a new thermostat, and to flush of the system for nearly $773! And that's after a $50 OFF coupon I used at the end of the transaction. So had it not been for the coupon, the bill would have been over $800!!! That's more than double the price it would have cost had I gone to my regular mechanic - Foreign Tech Auto - which is one of THE BEST shops in town if you own an Acura, Honda or Toyota and are in need of repairs. The only 2 reason why I didn't go to my regular mechanic is because they are closed on the weekends. The issue happened on a Friday night. Plus, there was a threat of a hurricane coming (hurricane Dorian) and I wanted to get my car taken care of as soon as possible just to be safe. Oh, and just for my edification, I later called Foreign Tech and asked them how much I would have expected to pay for this same job and they told me roughly $350. Can I tell you I feel like an idiot??? $400 down the drain!!! Lesson learned. Honest 1 may have made a sale but they certainly lost a customer forever. They need to be called DIS-HONEST 1 ...... In response to the managers comment below regarding "contacting the repair shop I suggested and asked for pricing but they where unable to give me a definitive price until seeing the vehicle". You mean to tell me from mechanic to mechanic you could not tell them exactly what you did to my car to get an accurate price comparison??? Even their ball-park figure rounded up is still waaaay cheaper than what you charged me. Dis-Honest 1

The staff Honest-1 Auto Care is exceptional. The promptness and courtesy shown while taking care of me should a bench-mark for the auto care industry. They are knowledgeable and sensibly priced. I strongly recommend their store for your automobile's periodic maintenance; e.g. oil changes, electrical work, etc.

kinda regretting getting a new battery besides the spark plug and coil repair too expensive even though i got discounts!!
