The are auto care/repair companies that boast or promise great service. I am very happy to report that your facility located on University Road, Davie, Fla. and your whole staff are very committed to making sure that the customer feels like their auto service repairs and questions are being addressed. It is with great pleasure and I hope that you do truly recognize that your manager at the facility, Mr. Luis Castillo, is not knowledgeable but, does take an interest in listening to customer's concerns. As for my experience and seemingly with other customers, I was able to observe how well he related and showed a great deal of interest in people's needs. It was almost like Mr. Castillo I must say that he made sure that I knew not only the issues with my car but, repurcussions of not addressing related issues with fixing just the immediate issue. In other words, he was not pushing more work that could or could not cause future problems he was making sure that you had all the information about the repairs and repurcussions of not doing some things that could cause greater problems. Trust me, not addressing possible scenarios would not reflect well on him or your company as psychologically people could transfer blame because they were not warned. That is ethically good for your "Brand" (Honest-1) but, your motto relating to the owner/driver "is the most important part". Do whatever you need to do to make sure that he is taken care of....you have an asset and he makes his co-workers better. I am very satisfied!!! I will continue to bring my car to your facility when the need arises.
