This was the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Luis was amazing - made sure all my issues were handled, which included dealing with warranty company and rental service. 10/10 for customer service. Can't get any better than this. Other staff members were amazing too. Most businesses need to emulate this business. They know how to keep customers. Great job guys

So honest they refused to even look at my vehicle, when I asked them why? I was told "I can't waste time trying to figure out your issue, if we can't fix it we can't charge you for it"... So much for building a customer base, if you don't try you'll never succeed. I will be sure to share my opinion with all of my neighbor's and friends...

Hello John, Here at Honest 1 we give our honest opinion every single time. While most of our customers appreciate this some are disappointed when they hear something not agreeable to their own situation. In your case, this car is a brand new vehicle which by your own admission has been many times to the dealership for the same reason. The dealership tried to align your vehicle multime times and was not successful mainly because there has to be another problem causing this issue. Due to the fact that this vehicle is a 2020 jeep, we truly believe that the manufacturer warranty given by the dealer would be your best alternative to a resolution. Never had an issue at Honest-1, great service all around. If your car is experiencing any trouble, speak to Luis. He and his team will take care of it. I moved down here about 2 years ago and was looking for an auto shop I could trust and within my first 2 visits I was certain Honest-1 was the right choice. Regular check-ups are fast and easy and whichever issue my vehicle experienced was taken care of that day. Great repair shop!

My first time experience with Honest-1 Auto Care was excellent. Marc was very professional and helpful in giving me information about their different services, pricing, and setting up an appointment very quickly for the next day. He kept me informed throughout the process, and my car was fixed (front and rear breaks and break oil change) within 4 hrs. A friend who picked me up and dropped me off from the place was so impressed, he will also take his car there for service. Waiting area is nice, clean and comfortable, they also have a kids corner with toys. Very happy with their overall service!

First time experience but will not be my last. Oil and Brake service completed correctly and most importantly as promised same day to get us back on the road same day as needed.
