true to their name they were honest. we had a few other estimates and other shops added unnecessary repairs that we didn't need. so our bill was about $900 less than the others. Also when Luis drove our truck he found some other issues that needed attention that weren't what brought it in for . he gave us a good price for those other repairs and completed them in a short time . We are very happy we found this shop and will recommend to others.thanks for the quality repairs thanks for the very detailed estimate, thanks for the good vibe, refreshing compared to many other shops

Hones 1 auto care completed repairs of my car, and worked with CarMax to get the repairs authorized. If you have a CarMax warranty I reccomend taking your car to them. They are a certified repair facility and there might not be a deductible for the repairs, they even worked with a rental facility to get me a rental car while the repairs were being completed.

The Team at Honest-1 Auto Care is absolutely amazing! Luis the manger took the time to find the right parts for my 1986 CJ7 ( Dexter). Ken the mechanic has expertise that is unbelievable. The entire team knew how I felt about my jeep and the communication was above and beyond. Kudos to all!!! I will recommend Honest-1 to anyone in need of tires to timing belts.

We’ve used honest 1 for several years. Staff and service are top notch and, as the name implies, you don’t have to worry if your being sold on something you don’t need. Waiting area is always clean and comfortable.

Not good, excellent!! Dealer could not see the car for alignment til Monday. With Honest-1 it was done done in 1.5 hours Saturday. And saved about $25. Very impressed!!
