I’m not sure if a discount (although it doesn’t hurt) is what Luis thought I ultimately wanted but, he was absolutely wrong in his assumptions. What I wanted to be sure of was if changing from a synthetic blend to full synthetic after so many years, would cause any harm to the engine? I tried to explain this to him but all he wanted to do was overbear me with his knowledge and not take the time to listen to ‘the customer’s concern’. He understood everything else but my concern. Thank you Jason for using your wisdom in hearing us out; then, blessing us with your knowledge. Furthermore, it wasn’t until I had left and read the receipt is when I saw the comment on there about the “discount” that was “given” to me which stated, “this is the last time $40 instead of the actual price of $68 will be given.” I am appalled!!! Because I NEVER, not once, asked ANYONE for a discount! I was willing to pay the $68. My ONLY concern, in which I shared with Jason, was whether the change in oils would cause any damage or harm. That is all! Now, I’m not sure if the “discount” was Luis’ way of apologizing for being super combative with me over the phone but, I did not ASK anyone for a discount and therefore, do NOT appreciate the comment. Not sure if I’ll be taking my car back here. I love the service but, if I have to fight with someone to listen to me, NO THANK YOU.
