Usually excellent service. This time around 4/10. Still friendly and courteous staff, best I've encountered. However, kept getting reminder for oil change. So brought car in for bad ABS sensor and asked if service required the do it. After pickCpick up, checked Carfax and realized that when car was brought in for fault check a month ago, an oil change was done. So just had an unnecessary oil change after 800 miles. Second issue, had a slow leak in tire which required air every 1-2 weeks. Repiar supposedly done and now tire needs air every 2 days. Very disappointed Thirdly, was told I could get free tire rotations since I purchased tires from them. Just checked Inspection Report and tire rotation is recommended. Didn't think I would have to specify I need one if it's known to be an issue.

I called on an hour's notice on a Monday for an oil change and tire replacement, came in around 11am, got a haircut around the block, and my car was ready by 2pm. Great service, courteous employees, and good pricing. No uncouth attempts were made to upsell or tack on services I did not request. The lobby was quite clean, had signs requesting customers to respect social distancing, and to wear masks. A big thank you to Luis and his staff for their hard work! Their business name rings true.

Replaced a rear differential seal. Work was done quickly and done right. I shopped around and pricing was good. I would definitely recommend.... They are HONEST!!

I had a great experience at Honest 1. From the moment I walked in, Jason was extremely friendly and polite. He was a pleasure to work with.
