My car was repaired in December at Honest Auto Care. My breaks were grinding and my car wasn’t accelerating properly so I called them yesterday at 3:20 and asked them what time they closed. The representative that answered the phone stated that they closed at 5:30 but if I bought the car in today, they wouldn’t be able to service me. He then recommended that I come by in the morning and that they opened at 8am. I told him, I would be there! I got to the shop this morning at 8:04am. I was immediately asked how could they assist me. I then explained that I called yesterday and I was told to come in today and I then explained what was wrong with the car. The representative and the manager informed me that they had to do a diagnostic test and that they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until the end of the day. I told them that I had to go to work and that I would leave my car, The manager then said that they had other car ahead of me that were a priority and that I wasn’t a priority. He then stated that maybe I would get my car serviced tomorrow because I’m not a priority. First of all, any car that pulls up in your driveway should be seen as a priority. I then walked out of the door and I will never use your company again since, I’m not a priority.
