A shop of this size should have a scanner with the ability to show me that Bank One Sensor One is bad. bank 1 sensor 2 is bad. back 2 sensor one is bad and so on. Eduardo didn't advise me of this. I'm no mechanic but I'm old enough to know all four sensors don't usually go bad at the same time and if so you should have the ability to show me this. I appreciate the turnaround time. The things that bother me most, is the labor $ 321.75, parts $87.86, 3 gallons of coolant $74.97 and shop supply items. Most repair shops deduct the diagnostic fee or at least meet you halfway. I got $20.00 discount, man I hope it didn’t break the company ???
