First couple times went in for oil change. Were impress with the customer service received. Witness an incident where another customer was a little short $$$ for a full payment. They gave it as a discount. Rated 5 starts. Third trip went in for AC check. They advertise as free in spection. Ended up with $79+ bill. Was never told of the charge before the service performed. I guess this is how they balance things out.

I found this Honest 1 auto repair shop on my mapquest around me; I was needing a Air Conditioner repair shop. I read some reviews and went in to have my A/C system checked, the job was done within 2 hours; the problem found, the estimate and repair completed. Very, very pleased with this Auto repair shop, I wil return. Thanks to the entire team.

Brought my car in to get repaired, manny was very helpful, helped me through every step of the way! I would trust honest auto car again to repair my car they did a great job this time around! I will definitely be coming again!

I am very annoyed with the service, I took my car to check the air conditioner and they charged me 135 dollars, to fill it out and tell me that I had no problem, but surprise for me was that the next day there was no cold air, they told me everything worked correctly, apparently they did not check anything.

I am 80 years old and have never had a more positive experience having work done on a car of mine. First of all I had been told that my air conditioner compressor needed replaced. I called Honest-1 for a second opinion. Tony could not have been more helpful. He immediately gave me a much lower price for the job over the phone and ask me to come in first for a free evaluation, which I did. While in the waiting room, I could not believe my ears. Two women (not connected) came in with "car problems" Both times the service people went out to inspect the vehicles. When returning their response to the car owners was "Madam, everything is fine with your car, don't worry, have a good day". When the service man returned to me to explain my air conditioner problem, I was told "you don't need a compressor, there was a valve stuck and it is working just fine now, should it happen again then we should look a replacing the valve". Honest-1 is highly recommended by me and where I will go when I need work.

They act nice the first few times and then their true colors show!! I will never go back or recommend anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would. Manager is horrible !!!
