Been taking my cars here for years. They always have answers to my questions. Their prices are so favorable and techs are so knowledgeable.

I took my car in for a suspected water pump leak/failure. Tony and John pressurized the cooling system, found no leaks and reported back that they could replace the pump if I wished but it was not necessary. Honesty like this is why I am a life-long customer. It doesn't get any better than this!

This worst shop I have ever been to. I took my Honda Accord here for an oil change and the never replaced the oil. Called them and they said come back and they’ll check it out. Needless to say I never went back. My bank returned all of my money. These guys are crooks.

For a number of years I have been taking my vehicles to a service center I thought was reputable. Last time I was there I paid to have my battery replaced, oil changed & tires rotated. The battery got replaced but having marked one of the tires I knew that they did not rotate them. It was also obvious the filter had not been changed. At that point I knew it was time to shop for a new service center. I found Honest-1 Auto Care on the internet. It was the positive reviews that convinced me to give them a try. Yes, there are a few negative reviews, but being in the service industry myself, I know that there are people who you can bend over backwards for a never please them. From the moment I walked in the door until John handed back my keys the whole experience was great! Prices are reasonable and they have coupons! I will be back!
