Jason was extremely helpful from the get go. No pressure and let me know what time I could swing by and drop off the car. I was kept up to date which is very important to me. They took a look at what I mentioned but also said they would do an overall check just in case. They fixed the issue with alignment and wanted me to make sure I felt confident the issue was resolved by having the technician drive with me. I am taking my other car for an alignment after my first experience. They even removed the inspection charge after the issue was fixed by an alignment!! All great things to say about the techs and crew at Honest 1.
