Short Version: I would recommend this shop to everyone! You can blindly trust this guy knowing we will always be fair and he will go out of his way to make sure you feel like you're in good hands. Long Version: The name says it all! He is a truly Honest mechanic! I took my car here cause it was shuddering (clogged fuel injector) and all the dealerships were closed. I was on a huge time crunch and Honest-1 was the only option I had. I told him my situation and he went out-of-his-way to help me, despite it almost being closing time. Despite being busy himself, he checked my car and assured me that, since the car had been parked for 2 months, that I should start by running some high quality gas through it before we start spending money replacing parts. He could've EASILY charged me a hefty fee for diagnosing the issue but he DIDN'T! He treated us like family and it felt like he truly cared for us. I couldn't be more thankful and I recommend him to everyone! To anyone reading this who has a premium European vehicle, yes your premium vehicle is in great hands here!

Alexander (service advisor) was very polite and Daniel (technician) was very thorough. They are taking precautions with Covid as well (waiting room set up for social distancing and they are wearing masks). I'll be back!

The oil change that Hollywood Kia was supposed to do was NOT done. I could have been in bad shape. Honest 1 really took care of everything. They also called to check up on me the next day.

I bumped into this place from a having a flat tire. Best thing that ever happened! The staff here is friendly, patient. Very welcoming. I have to give a special thanks to my advisor Stacy- Ann for teaching me about tires 😊, a small history of this business and some good ole laughter. I can't leave out Ramon(technician) who not only described step by step of needs to be done but what to always look out for. Special thank you to Daniel for a working in my vehicle . I also observed the team dynamic the staff had with their manager. Thank you Alex as well for info needed. Great team work 💪

These guys did an amazing job on my truck. They were very upfront with their findings during the inspection and let me know whats critical and need to be fixed now, versus what could be completed another time. They were all very professional and managed to complete my truck repairs a day ahead of original promise date. My truck now drives like its brand new. I will only use Honest-1 Auto Care for all my vehicle repairs moving forward.
