I bumped into this place from a having a flat tire. Best thing that ever happened! The staff here is friendly, patient. Very welcoming. I have to give a special thanks to my advisor Stacy- Ann for teaching me about tires 😊, a small history of this business and some good ole laughter. I can't leave out Ramon(technician) who not only described step by step of needs to be done but what to always look out for. Special thank you to Daniel for a working in my vehicle . I also observed the team dynamic the staff had with their manager. Thank you Alex as well for info needed. Great team work 💪

These guys did an amazing job on my truck. They were very upfront with their findings during the inspection and let me know whats critical and need to be fixed now, versus what could be completed another time. They were all very professional and managed to complete my truck repairs a day ahead of original promise date. My truck now drives like its brand new. I will only use Honest-1 Auto Care for all my vehicle repairs moving forward.

I’ve been to many auto shops over the years. This shop is by far the best I’ve been to. They actually have Customer service which is rare in auto shops. Louis was very helpful and wasted no time helping me. And Just like their name says these guys are honest. No one tried to upsell me anything unnecessary that I didn’t need. Which is even more unheard of at auto shops. And above all else they were done when they said they will be! If you are looking for an auto shop where you don’t have to have your guard up , then this is the place.

Took my old buick roadmaster wagon in to have shims put on and have the alignment redone. Several shops turned me away because they didnt want to deal with the car. These guys did an excellent solid job at a good price
