Joshua accepted my call and made sure I was well taken care of with a new battery, oil change and info on upcoming maintenance that needed to be done. Everyone was very cool and friendly. As I was waiting in the lobby, I really liked what I saw when it came to their customer service. You could tell that people liked the service there because everybody seemed to know everybody. They were also very free with giving information about repairs and pricing. In the work area you could here people singing and joking as they worked as well, that’s a sign of a shop full of morale run by good leaders in my opinion, and you want people that are happy doing what they do taking care of you. I’d definitely return for future service and I would also recommend them to a friend.

They went above and beyond as they usually do. I’ve been going the the Davie site for around seven years with multiple vehicles and my daughter and her husband take both their vehicles there also. This last job they hunted down the parts needed which in this time of pandemic many times is hard and they ended up saving me $300 which made me very happy just a great group working there I recommend them to everyone

Honest 1 truly never disappoints they always find the problem and fix it to perfection, they never upsell you and take the time to explain how and why you need it taken care of. Everyone on this team is super friendly and they are the only ones I trust to take care of my car!
