Love this place it was absolutely wonderful, the workers are all very polite, they tell you your car is diagnostics they also put it in simple form for you if you don’t understand I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who has car issues.

Always a good experience

Even with their shop backed up with work, Jason answered the phone ready to help. My car had things hanging from the under carriage and dragging on the street as i drove. I called multiple Nissan dealerships and no one would take my walk in appointment to help out with my situation. I brought my car in to H1 auto care and Jason had my issue fixed before the day closed out at 4pm on a Saturday. I was skeptical with how many cars they had to work on but Jason came through on his word and got it done when i needed. Needless to say my car will be coming here from now on. Very reliable. .

Excellent customer service

I got a quote from my dealer for 4 new tires when I brought my car in for a service. I called around a few different places and at Honest-1 I got the manager on the phone and he gave me a quote that was HALF of what Lexus of North Miami quoted me and in the range of a few other places but with the higher end tire I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and, as the name states, HONEST. They told me that I didn't even need an alignment and made aware to keep an eye on my brakes, but that I didn't need to replace them at that moment. They could have easily got me for at least another $500. Great place, highly recommend and will definitely visit again.
