Called in on a thursday man told me i would get a free quote, i got there on saturday and i didnt feel comfortable at all , the building was very nice for a auto repair almost too nice with this type of place the overhead has to be high so when i got my quote not only did i have to pay for it $55 but it was $300 more than other places, i was looking at the reviews on this site and not one review was bad i thought that kind of fishy as you cant make everyone happy thats impossible. i went to pay for my free quote and he had somehow lost my receipt that was after i already paid, how can he charge me without having the right receipt then print me a new one , it was strange as i worked in this type of position before. it is impossible to charge someone with out the right receipt in place first but i thought that was odd or out of place too , hmmm how odd,. and had to make a new one? didnt feel right and the quote was very high and i wasnt ever told there would be a charge for my written estimate? but i paid him anyways, said he had to pay a guy for his time to do the diagnosis and i dropped the car off at 8 am and he called me at 1230 to let me know he was charging me for my estimate to get it fixed of which i couldnt afford

They demonstrated thorough knowledge of my alignment issue and, when my problem was beyond the ability of normal alignment procedure, they offer and innovative solution. I will take them up on this offer and, pending its outcome, rate them with 5 stars.

I called the evening before as I knew there would be rain the next day and I needed a new windshield wiper. They said come in at 7:30 I came in a little earlier and they were there. They fixed my wipers in less than 10 minutes. They are wonderful. Honest Auto Care is the best place for older people like to be cared for. (Anyone really) Ms. Howell
