ON 9/11/2015 I had a new steering rack and pinion put in. On 9/13/2015 I had to go back because that steering rack and pinion was bad. So they put a new one in. So here it is 04/03/2016 and the new rack and pinion the put in destroyed my horn. When they put in the new steering rack and pinion they rotated the clock spring either to far to the right or left that now I have no horn.
Tom Thanks for mentioning that we stood by our written warranty program and change the faulty part which we do not make it in house we rely on good sources to get the quality parts but unfortunately that part we got for your vehicle was not as good as they supply to us on regular basis which we can not control now having issue with you horn after 7 months of work done that leads us to think you having another issue since according the our experience and i am sure if you read blogs on internet about it if the rack is not installed properly you will have all kind of lights on your dash from the first day.
