I had my car check for a light on the panel and they charge me a fee on top of part that I didn't change becasue my car still under warranty and I didn't know also they didn't tell me. The owner looks like he never been on this bussiness at least at this location, I have 3 cars That i start give to them for mainteance not anymore, crooks!!
Mr Jefferson we are glad that the problem which was worrying you was covered under warranty on the other side i am surprised, when you came at the store all nervous and scared that after washing the engine check engine light came on, you asked me where is the owner i told you i am the owner (Murtaza Hemani) of this store from very first day . Next day your wife dropped the car and before starting work once again i spoke to you over phone phone that we need diagnosis time because we will have to remove the coils and see if you have not sprayed water on cylinders, the charges you paid for our time to remove coils and make sure that your engine cylinder head did not get water in it which is not covered under any warranty. Crooks will take advantage of the situation and will tell you that there are few problems since you made that clear that you were worried because of the mistake you made by washing the engine. we gave you the honest diagnosis by letting you know you need rear wheel sensor and once again i was the one who spoke to you over phone . I will be more than happy to clear you misunderstanding regarding my presence at the store. Murtaza Hemani
