I usually do my own maintenance and haven't been to a mechanic in a while. I had an excellent experience, the staff was up front about the work to be done and were very helpful and professional. I'll be returning the next time I need work done on my car.

Great experience Appointment time was respected. Tires rotated per owners manual, driver's seat protected by huge plastic cloth, full synthetic Valvoline. Oil was used. Very satisfying experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Jason is very detailed in the way he explains what exactly is going on with your vehicle. I love the kids station in the waiting room it has so many things to keep the little ones entertained while you wait. I will always bring my car here!

So the review prior was actually for previous work. Now I have a new review. For the record, I'm not related to Luis or any if the employees at Honest 1 nor did I make their acquaintance prior. My 05 SLK 350 had a vibration from engine compartment that was puzzling as the engine is fine tuned. I took it in , Eduardo (their resident Benz man) took for a test and jacked it up and showed me the transmission mount that needed desperate replacement and the source of the vibration and when you change mounts you change all 3 (2 engine & 1 transmission) . When the car was available for pick up the next day I was stunned. You couldn't even tell the engine was on,it was so smooth!!! But wait there's more. I shopped price before approval and they were 300 less than the average price elsewhere!! Not only are they professional they are genuinely interested in making you a happy and satisfied customer and will do what it takes to do so. When I went to pickup my Benz I dropped off my Blazer to get some work that I'm sure I'll be super happy with. Ladies and gentlemen Honest 1is the real deal. You have to have balls to have Honest in your name when their industry is known for the opposite but they do with confidence because they truly are!!

Feel ashamed and guilty of giving this original review and gave 2 stars. Original: Went there for sqeeky brake noise on backing up. There was a diagnostic fee of around 60. Which they took off with 50 dollars coupon as I got the rotors and pads in the rear replaced. Costed me $475.00. They said the noise will go away after new rotors are put in rear. They told me my front brakes were good. They wanted me leave the car and return later after job is done. Had to take a Uber ride. The problem of sqeeky noise did not go away. I showed it to them right in their parking lot before I drove off with the new rotors and pads in the rear. Now they said it’s a new problem and sqeeky noise coming from front. But the pads and rotors in front are ok. My original complaint is not fixed after close to $500 job. Final/Follow up: This is what happened. 5 Stars or any stars is still less. Had a follow up call from Luis. I told him the Sqeeky noise is still there and not resolved. He asked me to drop off vehicle to see what is happening. I did. Next day he fixed the problem and replaced new rotors and pads for the front. I asked him to charge for it and he would not. He asked his owner, who waived the charge. He said customers are treated like family at Honest 1 auto care. I was impressed. This kind of service is rare. They earned my trust,confidence and loyalty. Luis, his team and owner are the best. Customer service cannot get any better. They are an example for every one who thrive for excellence. Appreciate that Luis.
