I had the Radiator replaced. When I got it back, the water pump was leaking and had issues with the electrical system. These issues were not there when I bought it in. I'm very sorry that I brought it in.
William, we shocked and surprised to see your 2 Star reveiew since when you brought your vehicle from other shop, you were under impression infact you were quite sure your engine is bad. We diagnosed your problem that radiator is blocked and we even told you we feel you must take your vehicle back to the shop did the other work but you insisted us to work on the jeep.You were also well informed you have other problems with your vehicle after replacing radiator we will pressure test the system which is normal in cooling system work to make aure there are no other leaks. This test is also done prior to start the cooling system work which we were unable to do on your vehicle where clearly radiator had a internal block and water was not circulating through system. When this happens it's impossible for to know vehicle have more than one problem. When you brought the vehicle from other shop it was not suitable to keep the engine running for long necause it can damage the block so if you had any electrical problems we can't determine that as well. We are sorry you feel that way but we are confident that we have done the right job on your vehicle since you didn't want to spend more money and time on your jeep. We didn't even wanted to do the radiator if we only wanted the money fromwe would have not suggested you to take the vehicle back and you requested please change the radiator and if you find any other issues let me know.
