From the moment I spoke with Manny on the phone, I knew that I would be well cared for. I was in a panic because my car broke down and I was unfamiliar with any auto repair shops in the area. He had such a calm and friendly demeanor that I felt I could trust him right away. Honest-1 lives up to their name by providing excellent service for a reasonable price. The work was done quickly and they explained everything in terms that I could understand prior to leaving my car at the shop.They even sent someone to pick me up and drop me off when my car wouldn't make it to the shop. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know.

Although I was a little skeptical going to a mechanic I have never used nor heard about, I was pleasantly surprised. I have been feeling a constant vibration when my car was idle and it was getting worse and worse each day. So I took a gamble and had seen all the positive reviews for this shop online. As for the work to correct the vibration it appears to have been corrected and fixed with the work that was perfomed a day ago. It was a pleasure turning my car on this morning and the vibration was no longer there. Time will tell but I do feel that if anything I feel isn't working properly I can bring back. Manni (owner) and Luis (mechanic) both were very thorough on the work that needed to be performed and made sure I knew about the warranty and bring back policy. Everything from the cusotmer service, shuttle and completion of the job was very detail. They even showed me the old parts that needed to be replaced when they replaced them with OEM parts. I would definitely recommend this shop for the unsure and give them a chance. I will be back if I need any additional service.
