Today I'm very upset about the service that i got from Honest-1 auto care I set foot at the shop at 1:39 pm I had to call them 1 hours later to see what was the price for the change of brakes and didn't have an answer. took them all the way until 3:39pm to give me the most dishonest price for the brakes. Jason that took care of me today had a very nasty attitude when I told him that I only needed it the change of brakes and an oil change. then he told me that it will be ready by 5:30 or 6 the latest because that is the time that they close the shop, anyway the job took all the way up to 7pm luis the manager on duty today didn't try to accommodate the problem the only thing a got from him was lies about some break parts like I don't know the brand of the breakpats need it for my car and try to play it out like he put way more expensive pads on my car (I pay almost 800$ for the brakes)and that is why he couldn't give me a discount for such waiting time. I ask the employees and apparently they didn't know the size of my rotors and had to change the piece 3 times. I don't know how this professional shop don't know the size of the pieces that is needed to do the job and I don't understand how they can charge people if they don't know such valuable information.So guy's if you are looking for honest shop to get you car this really not the place to go to I hope you guy's get better manager and sales personnel for this place because they should be ashamed of the dishonesty.
