This place lives up to its name. I took my car here for some maintenance issues and a problem with my gearshift. They kept me informed along the way of the work that needed to be done and the cost. There was a delay in getting a part from the dealer and they decided to give me my oil change and tire rotation for free because of my inconvenience. I want to think Albert for all of his help with my car. I will definitely be coming back and will let my family and friends know of this place where you can bring your car without worry that they will rip you off. Upon leaving they even brought my car upfront turned on the air left me a thank you card and a bag of popcorn to enjoy on the ride home.

Professional and courteous staff, reliable service, very honest and service-oriented. As auto repair and maintenance is better than dealer service and costs much less. I will definitely return for service..they went above and beyond for me. The waiting room is excellent (clean, comfortable, light refreshments area, space for kids to play).

What a nice little hook and bait system they run. I call on one day to get a worst case scenario pricing on a repair, to which the guy I spoke with says "it looks like the most it could take is 1.5 hours labor". So I send my fiance to get her vehicle repaired. Well, they must subscribe to the old claim that women will pay anything, because they tell her that the cost has gone up to 7 hours labor, but she's in luck because they can jimmy it to somewhat work for the price we were quoted to have it FIXED! I guess the "honest" part of their name doesn't apply to much more than an oil change or a wheel alignment. Bunch of crooks, if you ask me.

quickly diagnosed that starter was bad and replaced in less than 4 hours. Excellent work and service. No drama car repair at a fair price
