We are disappointed to read that your recent experience was not satisfactory. It appears that you expected us to do the car detailing but unfortunately we do not offer or advertise such service . We also do not offer quick oil change service . As you mentioned comprehensive inspection was done on your vehicle and it takes time to perform since we lift vehicle and most quick oil change places they do not lift vehicles to do the safety inspection. Unfortunately your 2002 vehicle needed the safety concern to be addressed as which we brought to your attention. We take pride in taking customer safety first but we never force you to do the work. In most cases, if customer ask we take them to their vehicle and show them what we see at the time of inspection.We apologize if you expected all this to be done fast as 10 minute oil change place since this process takes time to create estimate and find quality parts. Please feel to come in anytime so we can lift your vehicle again to show what was found so you can feel more comfortable about the repairs were suggested. Team Honest-1 Auto care
